Eligibility
This academic programme is open to first year undergraduate students studying within the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and Built Environment or Ulster University Business School.
A maximum of 8 places available.
Please note: You can apply for only one academic programme.
Through the course of this academic programme, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into customer relationship management across sports arenas and stadiums in Philadelphia.
You will sharpen and develop your research and analysis skills by conducting a customer service experience research project and thus start to explore the knowledge and processes underpinning the collection of data as well as possible business solutions needed to enhance the customer experience.
