Essential maintenance of the national network infrastructure can be scheduled on Tuesday mornings from 7am - 9am.
Necessary maintenance of University network equipment can also be scheduled for this period.
While the intention is to do most network upgrades outside normal working hours, this may not always be possible.
Therefore at times it may be necessary to upgrade network services during this window with no advanced notice given.
Users should therefore regard the network as being at risk in this window.
