To ensure fair use and effective management of our facilities, the following cancellation and amendment policy applies to all bookings.

1. Notice Period for Cancellations & Changes

  • Standard Group Bookings (e.g. clubs, schools and partner organisations):
    Minimum 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change a booking (e.g. time/date/facility) without charge.
  • Commercial Bookings:
    Minimum 7 days’ notice required to cancel or change a booking.
  • Large Events or Tournaments:
    Minimum 14 days’ notice required for cancellations or major changes (e.g. facility size, schedule).

Changes requested after these deadlines may be treated as cancellations and charged in full.

2. Charges

  • Within notice period: No charge.
  • Late cancellations/changes: Charged 100% of the booking fee.
  • No-shows: Charged in full and may lead to future restrictions or deposit requirements.

3. Exceptions

No charges will apply if cancellation is due to:

  • Facility closure or operational issue
  • Severe weather or force majeure events

4. How to Cancel or Change a Booking

5. Repeated Offences

Groups or partners with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may:

  • Lose future booking privileges
  • Be asked to pay deposits in advance
  • Have existing agreements reviewed
