The Employee Wellbeing team provides confidential advice and personalised support for personal and work-related challenges.
Wellbeing Gardens
Ulster University’s campuses are enriched with Wellbeing Gardens designed to promote student and staff wellbeing. Located at the Coleraine and Derry~Londonderry campuses, individuals can engage in gardening activities, fostering mindfulness and connection to nature.
Sports Centres
Ulster University operates sports centres across its Belfast, Coleraine, Derry~Londonderry, and Jordanstown campuses, offering fully equipped gyms, regular exercise classes, racquet sports, and health suites.
Sports Centres are open to everyone in the community, however staff and graduates receive membership discounts of over 10%, while students from any university or college benefit from discounts of over 30%.
