It was a great privilege to be involved in the Philadelphia trip as part of Analysing the Customer Experience in the Sporting Industry programme.
I had an amazing opportunity to see so many incredible places.
I toured the Red Bull Stadium with Centenary University, the Citibank Stadium and the Arm and Hammer Ballpark, getting to watch a baseball game there too.
I also visited the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Franklin Institute (where there was even a Marvel exhibition!)
