In a study investigating gender equality at executive level across the Northern Ireland public sector, Ulster University Business School (UUBS) present the results of an extensive three year evidence based study. The research team, led by Professor Joan Ballantine, provide for the first time important baseline data and significant insights into important aspects of gender equality at executive level across the public sector.

The debate around gender equality in the public sector is not viewed as a female issue only - men too must recognise that there is a problem and that they are part of the solution
