Service Description
Comprehension browser compatibility testing has concluded that Microsoft Edge delivers the best end user experience across the University’s corporate applications portfolio. Consequently, Digital Services have configured Microsoft Edge as the default browser on all managed workstations.
Supported browsers for corporate web sites and services are:
Windows 10/11:
- Microsoft Edge (Recommended)
- Google Chrome
MacOS:
- Safari
- Google Chrome
Technical support for unsupported browser configurations is not available.
Business Process
Security updates for supported web browsers are performed automatically. If you require advice for legacy incompatible websites, please contact the IT Service Desk.

Semester 1 and 2
Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm
Saturday – Sunday 1pm – 5pm
All other times except extended closure
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 4pm
Extended Closure - Easter and Christmas Holidays
