    Scheduled Maintenance

     Tuesday 17 June 2025 10am - 1pm- Maintenance  affecting Cognos, IT account creation

    Due to essential maintenance, Cognos (and Planning Analytics) will be unavailable to all from 09:00 to 11:00 on Tuesday 17 June 2025. The Planning Analytics service will not be restored until 12:00 on the same day (17/6).

    Also, A3M, Human Resource reports and IT account creation (including email and other linked Ulster systems) will be affected by maintenance between 10:00 to 13:00 on 17/6.

    Friday 11th April 2025 10pm - Panopto Offline for Maintenance Updates

    On Friday, April 11th, 2025, Panopto will be offline from 10pm to perform critical updates. Maintenance is scheduled to take 3 hours. This action will help improve the overall stability and capacity of Panopto.

    Wednesday 2nd April & 8th April 2025 - JISC essential maintenance

    Digital Services have been notified by JISC, the University’s Internet Service Provider, that there will be service disruption due to essential maintenance activities. This scheduled activity will adversely impact internet connectivity on the Coleraine and Belfast campuses.

    Duration: The service disruption is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.

    Scheduled Maintenance Period:

    Belfast Campus: 2nd April at 7am

    Coleraine Campus: 8th April at 7am
