National survey to understand the effects of social distancing on our physical and mental health launched by Ulster University and Anglia Ruskin University.
In collaboration with Anglia Ruskin University, we've launched a national survey to understand the effects social distancing has on our physical and mental health.
The study investigates changes in physical activity, lifestyle and diet, and the impact of isolation on our wellbeing and feelings of loneliness.
Since launching in the UK, the study is now international with surveys running in
- Italy
- Spain
- Austria
- Germany
- USA
- Brazil
- Jorda
If you're currently self-isolating, you can support this initiative by taking just 15 min to complete the survey, sharing your experience and ultimately contributing to the broader debate on public health.
