Business Intelligence & Strategic Planning and Performance (BISPP) supports the development, implementation and delivery of the University's aims and ambitions expressed in our Strategic Plan - People, Place and Partnership: Delivering Sustainable Futures for All, through the provision of sectoral policy analysis and insight, business intelligence, support for planning and change projects, governance and reporting.
In a changing international environment, we support the University in remaining adaptive as ambitions are achieved and new opportunities arise to move the strategy forward.
Within the annual planning cycle we support the Vice Chancellor’s Executive, the Senior Leadership Team, the Faculties and Departments to respond with pace and flexibility.
We develop strategy, respond to external opportunities and support internal change initiatives.
The combined functions of BISPP support the development and implementation of the University’s strategy by analysing new data and environmental changes, facilitating internal strategic discussion and by providing internal project support.
