As part of the Performance function of the Directorate, we contribute to the development of performance indicators against which the University can measure the progress of its strategy at both strategic and faculty/departmental level.
We are responsible for the development of reports and analysis on KPIs, competitors and benchmarking information based on student, staff, estates, and finance data from our corporate systems or third party systems, such as HEIDI Plus.
