The University has recently upgraded our Personnel/Payroll system which incorporates a new e-recruitment module. This 'all -in-one' integrated system will significantly improve functionality, providing a modern, effective and efficient system.

During implementation there are some changes to how existing employees apply for vacancies at the University

For all job opportunities, please see the CoreHR Portal, accessible via MyHr, (or via U Portal, CoreHR Employee Self Service)

Once you have logged into the portal, go to the 'Employee' Dashboard and select the 'Internal Vacancies' option. This opens all recently opened vacancies. You can set the filter icon to view:

Redeployment Opportunities

Both redeployment and internal opportunities are currently available by selecting the “Internal vacancies” filter. Redeployment opportunities will be clearly indicated and only employees on redeployment are eligible to apply for these vacancies
