Compulsory Compliance Training at Ulster
Ulster University’s People & Culture Strategy sets out the key priorities for the way we focus on our people and the experience of our employees.
To support this strategy, the university has agreed that all staff should complete a number of key compliance learning programmes, some of which will have a statutory requirement for the University to report completion rates to, for example to the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.
