Wellbeing Champions

A Wellbeing Champion is an employee who supports the wellbeing of colleagues within Ulster University. Wellbeing Champions are people at all levels of the University who promote activities in their local areas, encouraging colleagues to access relevant health and wellbeing opportunities by sharing best practice and stories of success.

Ulster University First Aiders are trained employees that are called upon in an emergency to provide first aid treatment to an injured casualty or a person that has become unwell.
