Department of Conflict Resolution, Human Security and Global Governance John W. McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies, University of Massachusetts (Boston) in partnership with INCORE, Ulster University and a range of community partners will be offering a unique online course this summer.
28 May - 12 June 2021 (2.00pm - 3.30pm, UK/Ireland time)

This exciting online class is taught by Professor Marie Breen-Smyth and will be delivered in conjunction with Ulster University professors from INCORE, as well as activists and politicians from across the spectrum in Northern Ireland.
Lessons from other divided societies such as South Africa and Israel / Palestine are included, and there will be an opportunity to engage with a range of local organisations to increase comparative knowledge as well as interact with the global class.
To earn UMASS credits for the course a final paper on a topic of your choice from within the course content will serve as the main written assignment, and can be tailored to your local context or organisational needs.
There are no prerequisites for joining the course.
