Fostering Aspirations encourages and supports applications from young people with experience of care. The programme highlights pathways into Further and Higher Education and provides tailored support for care-experienced students at Ulster University.
Eligible students can apply for a Care Leaver Bursary, awarded annually to full-time undergraduate students.
The Annual Fostering Achievement Summer School offers a residential experience on an Ulster campus, including immersive workshops, guidance sessions, and aspiration-raising activities. The programme helps young people build confidence and gain the tools they need to succeed in Further and Higher Education.
