Completing the Ulster Graduate Award offers you the opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities, including those available to all students and those more focused on specific courses and specialisms.
Students studying Law courses can engage in a range of additional, subject specific activities, co-ordinated by the School of Law that will support the development of applied knowledge skills and confidence.
Media Production
Entry, Intermediate and Advanced levels available
The purpose of the three Media Production Edge activities (entry, intermediate and advanced grades) is to encourage a higher tempo of media production by students studying relevant subjects.
These activities will help you find where your personal passions and interests lay, improve your technical skills and production knowledge, and expand the number of projects on your CV. Additionally, these three levels will enhance your employment prospects and expand your network of creative contacts inside and outside the University.

Fundamentals of Digital Marketing (Google)
Complete the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing course through Google Digital Garage, Boost your marketing skills for your own business or employment opportunities.
This free online course covers a range of subjects including Taking a Business Online, Reaching more customers with advertising, Tracking Web traffic and selling products and services online.
PANI Competition
Open to BSc Hons Communication, Advertising and Marketing students, students work alongside Graphic Design students to form cross disciplinary teams and are assigned a mentor from an advertising agency.
Students will create an ad campaign based on an brief, pitch their campaign to a panel and, subject to certain conditions (including that the winning work meets the required standard), get to see their campaign go live.
