Her PhD research focuses on Bologna Reforms in Higher Education in Tajikistan.
Vasila has published two articles on Academic Mobility and Education in Tajikistan in the Russian language. She obtained her MA in Sociology from the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, where her research focused on socio-cultural modernization in Tajikistan, specifically modernization in the Education System.
Vasila holds a BA in Linguistics from Russian-Tajik Slavonic University and has worked with a range of organizations including ICRC, OSCE-ODIHR and the University of Central Asia. Apart from that, Vasila is actively involved in supporting projects on Youth and Adolescents Career Orientation in Tajikistan as well as in international youth camp facilitation.
