Anne Smith from Ulster University and Colin Harvey from Queen’s University Belfast, will reflect on the current status of the Bill of Rights process in Northern Ireland, in the light of their work to advance a conversation about a draft bill.  The seminar will provide some background to the project and the key issues that have been identified to date as well as telling how people can contribute to the project.
