The keynote address will be delivered by Daniel J O'Donnell, a New York State Assembly member and major figure in marriage equality law reform in the US, followed by a panel discussion involving representatives from local non-governmental organisations (NGOs).

This event is run by the Transitional Justice Institute with Amnesty International NI, the Rainbow Project, Here, NUS, Congress, Cara-Friend.

The event will take place in the Conor Lecture Theatre at the Ulster University Belfast campus.
