Each student's name and date of birth should be clearly printed on the reverse of the photograph and both the Programme Co-ordinator and the student are required to sign the enrolment form.
The photograph will be electronically scanned to produce the card and will be held on the student's record.
Upon receipt of the enrolment form, and the appropriate fee, the Collaborative Courses Unit of the University will transfer the data to the University's Student Records System and allocate a student ID number in order to produce the ID card.
The ID cards will be grouped for each programme and returned to the named contact at the Partner Institution for distribution, which in most cases will be the Examinations Office.
There will be a charge of £10 for replacement cards.
