This module aims to help students to develop knowledge of transformation and leadership through a Project Based Learning approach on a 'live' consulting project. This module will help students to develop and apply strategy, transformation management and how to effectively lead transformation.

Practical sessions will enable students to evaluate and design their own sustainability tool/policy/strategy. The skills developed in the practical sessions will be used in the completion of coursework.
