The new UKRI Open Access policy will be included within the ongoing PURE update sessions for AEEAs.  One-to-one support can be arranged by contacting the PURE Support Team at pure-support@ulster.ac.uk.

New UKRI Open Access Policy Webinar

A webinar was delivered through MS Teams which reviewed key changes to open access compliance introduced by the new UKRI policy and provided guidance on compliance.  The webinar also included a live demonstration of the cOAilition S Journal Checker Tool.

One-to-one online support sessions

Online sessions are available, in the first instance once a month, to provide support to anyone for any aspect of complying with the new UKRI Open Access Policy.

If you would like to book a half hour session, please sign up using the links below.  Once the poll is closed, your booking will be confirmed with a calendar invitation via Microsoft Teams.

If you need help with any issue relating to the new UKRI Open Access Policy but don't feel that you need a one-to-one session, you can get in touch with us by sending a message to pure-support@ulster.ac.uk.

UKRI have prepared an information slide pack for research organisations which provides a summary of the policy requirements and supporting guidance.

Authors should refer to the full UKRI Open Access policy document as well as to frequently asked questions for supplementary information about the policy.

UKRI have also provided an explanation of the changes to UKRI's open access policy and how decisions were made.
