The following activities are available to new and returning students over Welcome Week and the first couple of weeks of term:
- Library Tours
- Library tours are available daily at 11am and 2pm until Friday 3rd October (inclusive). Just come to the Information Point in your campus library. Alternatively, check the Library's quick preview tour Instagram reel or self-guided immersive virtual tours of Belfast & Derry~Londonderry libraries on the Learning Spaces page.
- Meet the Team
- Get to know who's who in the Library team and how they can help you. Available daily at 10am, just visit the Meet the Team table beside the Information Point in your campus library.
- Map of the World
- Celebrate our diversity and place a pin on the map in the library to show where your home is.
- Step-Out Space
- A dedicated quiet room in each campus library to step away from the buzz of Welcome Week. Follow the directions in the library to find the room in your campus library.
- Quiet Library Tours
- These scaled down, quiet tours run at 9.30am and 4pm on 16th and 18th September.
Come visit the Library and you'll also find space to meet your friends, areas to chill (including colouring and jigsaws!), books to browse, computers to use and laptops available to borrow.
