About the School of Creative Arts and Technologies
Our courses, ranging from pre-degree certificate through undergraduate, master's and PhD, ar perfect for students who want to develop their knowledge and practical skills to prepare them for work in the expanding creative industries sector.
Our school is comprised of four subjects:
- Cinematic arts
- Creative technologies
Based on the Magee campus, our cutting edge facilities include performance spaces, highly specified digital studios and Apple accredited computer labs which provide an environment for students to explore their creativity. Engagement with emerging technologies underpins all of our teaching and research.
Our staff in Creative Arts and Technologies are acknowledged as world leaders in their academic specialisms and maintain international profiles in the creative industries sector.
All of our students have opportunities to showcase their creative practice in the public domain, working with professional artists on projects and continually collaborating across artistic disciplines.
