The Student Success Team is here to support your learning journey from day one. By engaging in specific activities and resources offered by the Student Success Centre, you can work towards achieving Ulster Graduate Award recognition.
Take this opportunity to enhance your transition to university, boost your academic, study and digital skills and gain the recognition you deserve through the Ulster Graduate Award.
To complete one activity towards your Ulster Graduate Award, attend the workshops listed below and complete the EDI training. Once you have done so, contact uusuccess@ulster.ac.uk, providing the dates you completed each workshop. You will then receive confirmation of completion, which you should keep for your final application for the Ulster Graduate Award.
This EDI programme for students is aligned to the Ulster University People, Place and Partnership - Delivering Sustainable Futures for All - strategy as one of its commitments; taking proactive stances on equality, diversity, and inclusion; because togetherness and partnership enrich us and our work. This programme aligns with the NI legislation and with the EDI training and events at Ulster University provided by People and Culture.

Complete the following workshops alongside the EDI self-paced tutorial to meet the requirements for 1 Ulster Graduate Award activity:

8. In-person Interactive Workshop: Imposter Phenomenon
9. Student Allyship Training
Once you complete these workshops, contact uusuccess@ulster.ac.uk and provide the dates you completed each workshop to receive confirmation.
Members of the UU Student Panel will automatically receive Ulster Graduate Award recognition, assuming all roles and responsibilities as laid out by the Student Panel co-ordinator have been fulfilled. This includes:
