Students As Leaders

Are you ready to influence others and become a confident change agent at Ulster University, in your community, and beyond?

This prestigious programme equips you with practical leadership skills to make a real impact.

Through six interactive sessions, both online and in person, you’ll build confidence, develop your leadership skills, connect with fellow students on your campus, and stand out in your studies and career.

Upon successful completion of the Students as Leaders programme, you will unlock:

Access to Institute of Directors Membership (Worth over £200)

Registration for Students As Leaders will commence 21 October 2025 and will be available at Students as Leaders

Career Confident

Career Confident will ensure that you get familiar with some of the key systems you will use at Ulster and will help you start your employability journey in the right way by learning how to develop a great CV and improve your approach to job interviews.
