Madame Wang Shuying, Chinese Consul General in Belfast, was accompanied by a delegation from the Chinese Ministry for Culture as well as Directors and staff from CIUU, when they attended the Ulster Championship GAA quarter-final in Newry. Director of the Confucius Institute at Ulster, Madame Liu Yan, is a recent and passionate convert to the game,
