What vision do our young people hold for a peaceful society? How does that influence what we prioritize when doing this work?

Join us and three peacebuilders from three different countries to answer these questions at this, the 4th Youth, Peace and Security Leadership Seminar series.

Speakers

Andy Hamilton

Andy Hamilton is currently a Research Associate at Ulster University. Following a decade of youth work practice in communities marked by conflict legacies, including in North Belfast and projects with YMCA Europe, Andy has pursued research and policy focuses on youth work and peacebuilding. These themes are explored in his recently completed PhD study titled Theorising Youth Sector Peacebuilding in Northern Ireland. As part of ongoing volunteer work Andy collaborates with friends and colleagues in YMCA Kosovo innovating international aspects of youth participatory approaches to peacebuilding.
