Guest Lecture by Cath Collins at Universidad del Rosario 'Searching for Victims of Disappearance'

Professor of Transitional Justice at Ulster University (Northern Ireland) and Director of the Transitional Justice Observatory of the Diego Portales University (Chile).  A founding member of the Latin American Transitional Justice Network, Prof Collins has published numerous texts on truth, justice and reparations in Latin America. Currently, she is working on a project to strengthen state responses to enforced disappearance in Latin America.
