This event is a collaboration between Ulster University and Queen's University Belfast. The Human Rights Consortium will be hosting this event as part of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Festival. It will focus on the value of revisiting the concept of a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland, given the existing constitutional and political upheaval and what role it might play in providing security for our rights frameworks in Northern Ireland.
