Remember to check your get ready for Open Days email. This is where you will find the session talks and tours you have registered for. You can also update or amend these at any time, or even add additional talks.
Belfast Event Information
We look forward to welcoming you onto our Belfast campus.
You can view or update your booking at anytime by accessing your session talks with the link in your emails.
Upon arrival, register in the BC building York Street entrance, or the BC building via the Fredrick Street entrance.

Have you considered public transport?
The Belfast campus is accessible by both bus and train.
Yorkgate train station is only a 10 minute walk from the Belfast campus.
Many bus services run from outside the campus and you can also find a bus centre and train station at Europa which is a 15 minute walk from the campus.
Car parking is available at our Frederick Street Car Park on Saturday 6 September.
Please download a ticket to access the facility for Saturday 6 September, download a ticket here.
You can save the downloaded ticket on your phone, in your Apple wallet or print this ticket.
You will need to scan the QR code to access the parking facility.
There are a limited number spaces in the Fredrick street car park which are available on a first come basis.
On-street parking is also available but extremely limited. Public parking is available at Q-Park St. Anne's Square and nearby at CastleCourt. Other car parks are available.
Should you have any access requirements a limited number of spaces are available next to the Birley Building off Academy Street.
Upon arrival, visit the registration desks. Please have your QR code ready on your phone (you can download this now from your emails, save in your Apple wallet or take a screenshot to have in your photos).You can find registration desks in the BC Building.
You can also jump the queue with self check-in. Simply open your QR code, scroll down to your booking and click 'Check-in' then click 'OK'.

Information on the talk schedule, location map and all our student services can be viewed in the booklet you will receive upon arrival.
In the meantime you can check out all our session talks online.
Campus tours will run every 15 minutes from 9.00am, leaving from CQS, located on the ground floor of the BC building.
A campus tour will offer you the opportunity to view the campus facilities.
Please book your tour prior to the event to avoid missing out as numbers are limited.

If you are unsure of anything, find yourself lost on campus or are feeling unwell; please notify our Student Event Helpers who will be wearing Ulster University branded blue hoodies and will be happy to help.
The letters of the room number refer to the building (BD). The first set of numbers refer to the floor (03) and the final set of numbers is the room (035).
Eg.- BD-03-035 is in the BD building, on the third floor in room 035.
Derry~Londonderry Event Information

Upon arrival please visit the registration desk located in the marquee.
Arriving on campus - Saturday Only
Please enter the campus via the Rock Road entrance carpark (P1). Please note - parking is free at weekends. Should you have any specific access requirements, park on the concourse in front of the MD building, entrance at the top of the Rock Road via the security gates.

The letters of the room number refer to the building (MU). The first number of the room number will let you know which floor the room is on, for example 125 is the ground floor, 207 is on the second floor and 309 is the third floor.
Eg. MU207 is in the MU building, on the second floor.

Travel- Have you considered public transport?
The train stops directly opposite the main entrance to campus. Cross the road when it is safe to do so and a 5-minute walk will take you to the entrance that brings you in at the main reception desk.
Free parking is available in Car Park 1 next to the main entrance, or Car Park 3 next to the Diamond and Octagon entrance.
Should you have any specific access requirements, park in car park 3 enter the building via the Diamond/Octagon entrance and use the lift to gain access to the floors above.
