Johanna Craig is an experienced global HR leader, having lived and worked in the U.K., U.S., and Germany across various industries. Currently, Johanna serves as the Global Head of Early Careers Talent Acquisition and Development at Adidas in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, Germany. In this capacity, she spearheads strategic initiatives aimed at attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent for the organization's early career programs worldwide.
Before joining Adidas, Johanna held key leadership roles in Early Careers at BNP Paribas, both in Manhattan, New York, and London, UK. There, she refined her expertise in the early careers space, particularly in graduate development, serving as Vice President, while managing the Americas Graduate Program. In these roles, Johanna led the design and implementation of comprehensive, award winning training and development initiatives tailored to emerging talent.
Throughout her career journey, Johanna has remained dedicated to empowering early-career talents and fostering their growth within organizations.
Johanna holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Ulster University.
