What's a School Ambassador?

School Ambassadors represent Ulster University at events and activities involving their former schools.

They are undergraduate students who help promote Ulster University by engaging with school pupils, teachers and parents in sharing their own experiences of life at Ulster, both social and academic.

As a proud Ulster student, you will have the confidence to speak to your former school about student life and how you’ve connected with the university through study, joining a sports club or society, or a work placement. A School Ambassador should be approachable and enthusiastic with an interest in marketing and PR.

What's Involved?

What's Involved?

As a School Ambassador, you will help shape the University's engagement with schools and colleges across Ireland. You will:

  • Help deliver presentations and workshops
  • Tell your Ulster University story to pupils and parents
  • Represent Ulster University at outreach events
  • Feature in promotional media content
  • Support campus visits from schools and colleges
