Wo/men's Network - Leadership in a Crisis: Time for a LeaderSHIFT

This workshop is led by Karise Hutchinson and it takes place online via MS Teams on Friday 11 Sept from 12pm to 1pm.

Covid-19 has been a real moment of truth for leadership. It has proved that stripped of title, status and power, great leadership is much more human and accessible than we think. It is something we can all exercise.

During this workshop, Karise will explain why it is time to forget leadership stereotypes and debates and shift how we think and practice leadership. Karise will introduce the leadership muscle as a concept to better understand how strong and impactful leadership is developed and sustained. This workshop is for anyone regardless of role who wants to understand their own leadership ability, exercise their leadership muscle and lead change within their own area.

There will be opportunity for interactive discussion and a chance to go away learning a little more about what we can all do as leaders.
