This workshop is led by Stephanie Reid Manager Wellbeing & Inclusion at Business in the Community (BITC) and it takes place online via MS Teams on Friday 27 August from 12pm to 1pm.

In this interactive workshop, we will focus on understanding and managing the physical and psychological effects that can result from the Peri Menopause/Menopause. We will examine what is happening to our bodies and mind. We will teach you CBT techniques to help with mood management, anxiety and stress as well as mindfulness to help with sleep and concentration and EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) to manage anxiety and improve your focus and concentration. The workshop will include a Q&A session to explore specific questions that people may have.
