This is a relaxed and informal event, delivered by Thrive Coaching and Development, aimed at those who want to enhance their wellbeing and develop resilience to deal with the challenges that our work/home life can throw at us.  It offers an opportunity to:

  • Consider the key factors that enable you to thrive.
  • Assess your current thrive-ability levels.
  • Identify areas to focus your attention and energy on to gain maximum results.

Taking a coaching approach, there will be plenty of encouragement along the way to identify small changes that you’d like to make in your own situation and identifying first steps in making this happen. You will leave equipped with simple and straightforward tips and actions that you can easily incorporate into your everyday life, helping to increase your thrive-ability.
