David Eager Maher’s practice considers the possibilities of drawing, by combining his world view with the historicity of imagery and a contemporary visual culture awareness, his work functions as a quasi description of time. His practice acts upon the spillage between drawing and painting. He is based in Dublin, as artist in residence at Temple Bar Gallery + Studios ( 2011 – 2015). Recent projects include ‘Inheritance’ a solo exhibition at Drei Ringe Gallery, Leipzig. Fukt Contemporary Drawing #13.
