Business is Nominated by a Local Student

  • Human Resource Management students on Year 2, of the BSc HRM degree Ulster University
  • Nominate one small business from their hometown for the award.
  • The nomination forms a part of the assessment on a module on Business Ethics and Sustainability.
  • This student-led nomination is a welcome break from self nomination awards.

Criteria for Nomination

Inclusion criteria

  • Business size: small = 2-49 employees
  • Sector: private
  • Manager and student met in person to discuss contents.

Exclusion criteria

  • businesses based on providing sustainability products/services
