Booking Information

You can view or update your booking at anytime by accessing your session talks with the link in your emails.

Upon arrival please visit the registration desk located in the MU building.

Arriving on campus - Saturday 24 February

  • Parking

    Please enter the campus via the Rock Road entrance car park (P1). Please note - parking is free at weekends.

    Should you have any specific access requirements, please park on the concourse in front of the MD building, entrance can be accessed at the top of the Rock Road via the security gates.

  • Check-in 

    Upon arrival please visit the registration desk located in the MU building. Please have your QR code ready on your phone (you can download this now from your emails, save in your apple wallet or take a screenshot to have in your photos).

  • Self check-in

    You can also jump the queue with self check-in. Simply open your QR code, scroll down to your booking and click 'Check-in' then click 'OK'.

What's On

  • Pocket Guides

    Information on the talk schedule, location map and all our student services can be viewed on our pocket guide that you will receive upon arrival.  In the meantime you can check out all our session talks online.

  • Golden Tickets

    Golden tickets are hidden in certain session talks, find a golden ticket for a chance to spin the prize wheel and you could win big

  • Take a Tour

    Campus tours will run every 15 minutes from 8.30am, leaving from the Martha Magee (MD) Building reception. A campus tour will offer you the opportunity to view the campus facilities, including the library, accommodation and gym. Please book your tour prior to the event to avoid missing out as tour group capacity is limited

  • A Taste of UU

    While on campus, why not make the most of the cafes and eateries available. We are offering all attendees a £6 voucher so you can really get a taste of UU. Enjoy our on campus Jitters, Day Today, Rock Road Social and The Scullery.

  • Here to Help

    If you are unsure of anything, find yourself lost on campus or are feeling unwell; please notify our Student Event Helpers who will be wearing UU branded white hoodies or T-shirts and will be happy to help.

  • Room Numbers 

    The letters of the room number refer to the building (MU). The first number of the room number will let you know which floor the room is  on, for example 125 is the ground floor, 207 is on the second floor and 309 is the third floor.

    Eg. MU207 is in the MU building, on the second floor.
