Submit a Curriculum Modification Request

To submit a curriculum modification, use the resources below:

Access to the Curriculum Modification Power App
The first time you open the Curriculum Modification Power App, or following an update to the app, you may be prompted to request access. Access is typically granted within one hour; if you experience any issues, please contact Mark Williams at m.williams@ulster.ac.uk.

Cut-off Dates

All curriculum modifications must be submitted by the published cut-off dates to allow sufficient time for processing and implementation across associated systems and services in advance of the relevant semester delivery. Please liaise with your School Management regarding local Faculty cut-off dates, which will be earlier than those published below, to ensure sufficient time for School and Faculty review and approval.

  • Monday 2 November 2026 - curriculum changes for Semester 2 AY 2026/27
  • Friday 26 March 2027 - curriculum changes for Semester 3 AY 2026/27 and Sem 1 AY 2027/28

This 60-minute live online briefing session will help you confidently identify when a curriculum modification is required, navigate the appropriate review and approval process, and complete the digitised CA3 Curriculum Modification Form accurately and efficiently.

The session is suitable for all academic colleagues involved in curriculum re-development or modification.
