Our Culinary Salons are staged in the Academy Restaurant, celebrating the cultural diversity that characterises our contemporary hospitality scene.

Husband and wife duo Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich opened Honey & Co. – a small, modest, whitewashed restaurant serving Middle Eastern food, on Fitzrovia’s Warren Street, in 2012, before launching their restaurant Honey & Smoke: Grill House and deli Honey & Spice: Food Store. After 10 years, Honey & Co. is now at home on Bloomsbury’s Lambs Conduit Street. In September 2023, the couple opened Honey & Co. Daily, their new deli, bakery and café on Store Street, London.

Cooking and baking since she was five, Sarit Packer trained at Butler’s Wharf, at the Orrery under Chris Galvin, J Sheekey, The OXO Tower, Ottolenghi and Nopi. Itamar Srulovich was cooking since a young age and training on the job in various places, where he met Sarit.
