Join Ulster University this Northern Ireland Apprenticeship Week 2024 to hear how businesses are using Degree Apprenticeships to nurture talent and bridge higher level skills gaps in the workplace.

An experienced panel of employer partners will discuss how Degree Apprenticeships are enabling them to develop skills and knowledge directly relevant to their business and establish a pipeline of skilled talent. Attendees will hear from our knowledgeable Apprenticeship Team about the range of apprenticeship programmes available and funding options.

Who should attend?

Business owners, leaders, managers and people professionals who have an interest in exploring cost-effective ways to attract, retain and develop skills and talent specific to their business. This event is aimed at both large and small businesses.
