INSPIRE XXVII

Join us for the INSPIRE XXVII conference from 14-16 June 2022.

  • About the conference
  • Speakers and Agenda

The 27th Annual INSPIRE Conference, will be for the third time an e-conference, to encourage entries from UK and overseas, from academics, researchers, post-graduate students and those from industry, again with no conference fee for authors or attendees. Case studies at INSPIRE 2021 were about the immediate issues of dealing with the pandemic, while looking towards 2022, at the INSPIRE XXVII conference, we can reflect on the longer-term implications.

A two-page maximum abstract (max of 6 references) is required, with a brief bio, reviewed by at least three reviewers, for both traditional INSPIRE papers and also case studies papers. Case studies on the theme of How Society has been affected by e-learning particularly welcomed. (This could include teachers, students, parents, families, local clubs and communities, and how it is felt some of these changes will remain into the future).

Abstracts and bios should be emailed to margaret.ross@bcs.org.uk with BCS INSPIRE 2022 in the subject line by 27 April 2022.

Full papers, normally between 8 to 20 pages, in given format style should be submitted by 27 April 2022, for reviewing by at least three reviewers. The submission could be based on a case study or of a research nature from industrial and/or academic authors.

The conference will be spread over 2 days, starting at 9.30am (London time), with suitable breaks, finishing by 5pm, with additional panels and short workshops mainly on the third day, Thursday 16 June 2022.

Topics: Sustainability, Medical, Cybercrime, Gamification, Programming, AI, Education (prim to postgrad), and global changes since COVID.
