Assessment
You will be asked to complete a short reflective task based on the course.
Successful completion will lead to the award of an Ulster certificate of professional learning.
The task is aligned to the requirements for Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.
Participants may wish to build on their assignment and use it as the basis for a direct fellowship application to Advance HE.
How the course is delivered
- The course is available online through a series of short interactive videos and resources and is delivered through Blackboard Learn.
- It's designed around a number of short units and each unit should take no longer than 1 hour.
- It's flexible to allow you to engage with the units at your own pace and work around your other commitments.
- We encourage you to apply your learnings to your own educational practice.
- Ongoing support is available through the course team.
How to apply
Enrolment is open all year long and assessment points are awarded in March, June and October for those who wish to gain the certificate of completion.
If you are interested in signing up for this course, you will need an active Ulster University ‘a’ code.
If you don’t currently have one, please discuss this with the member of Ulster staff who you work with. The course is free for those who meet this requirement.
