Voice of Young People in Care (VOYPIC) is an independent Northern charity that promotes the rights and improves the lives of children and young people in care. We listen and learn from what children and young people tell us about their experience in care to facilitate positive change in legislation, policy and practice.

Include Youth is an independent non-governmental organisation established in 1979 that promotes the rights and best interests of disadvantaged and vulnerable children and young people. It works mainly with young people who are not in education, training or employment (NEET), focusing on influencing policy, supporting rights-based practice and improving employability.
The Give and Take scheme works mainly with young people aged 16 to 21, particularly those from a care background. It is a pre-vocational programme designed to build confidence, improve self-esteem and support young people who face significant barriers to engaging in mainstream education, training or employment.
Include Youth delivers flexible, highly supportive programmes that help young people gain qualifications, develop work experience and address personal challenges that may prevent progression.
