There are three pathways to register as a doctoral researcher at ASPS:

  1. Internal Competition for PhD Scholarship at ASPS
  2. The Northern Ireland and North-East Doctoral Training Partnership of the Economic and Social Research Council (NINE-ESRC)
  3. Self-Funded PhDs at ASPS: If you plan to self-fund your studies or have a sponsor who will fund your research study, you may apply at any point in the year.
