Located at the heart of the campus this accommodation is primarily based on five person apartments, clustered around a number of attractive courtyards with on-site parking facilities.
The village facilities include a convenience store providing hot snacks and drinks, free cash machine, self-service launderette and Residential and Facilities Management offices. The village has a communal feel encouraging students to mix outdoors with an external bandstand and amphitheatre.
Each resident has their own single bedroom in a five-bedroom apartment. The bedroom is fully furnished and contains an ensuite bathroom with a WC, wash hand basin and shower. All residents share a fully equipped spacious kitchen and living/dining area.
If you require a larger sized bedroom for additional space and storage, then enhanced bedrooms are available. There are a number of self-contained apartments available for couples or mature students requiring more independence. There are also accessible apartments for students with mobility and sensorial issues.
A high speed broadband service is provided throughout the development. There is also a common room with a TV and games console available for students from differing apartments to socialise together.
Night Support Assistants and security staff are available throughout the night to address any issues which may arise. Resident Support Assistants are also available outside of office hours to provide advice and assistance to residents as required.
Each study bedroom has an ensuite bathroom including shower, WC and wash hand basin. Residents share a fully fitted communal kitchen and spacious living room.
