Alumni Association

Graduation does not mean the end of your relationship with the University of Ulster; it merely marks the transition from being a student to being an alumnus or alumna (alumni literally means ‘former members’).

The Alumni Association is here to help you keep in touch with the University and with each other.  Membership is free and automatic on graduation so wherever you find yourself in the future, you will be part of a worldwide network of some 90,000 other University of Ulster alumni.  Members receive the magazine The Ulster Graduate twice a year and social events and reunions are organised for members in Northern Ireland and elsewhere in the world.

The Alumni Association currently has branches in London, Dublin, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Boston, Washington DC and Japan, with more planned for the future.

Memorabilia

The University offers a wide range of quality memorabilia which make memorable souvenirs or gifts for friends and family and are available for purchase on graduation days at each of the venues. These may also be bought in advance by mail order or from the Development and Alumni Relations Offices at Coleraine and Jordanstown. Class of 2011 T-shirts

Campus Clothing produce a range of Graduation T-shirts and Sweatshirts.  A different shirt is available for each day listing the names by faculty of every graduating student.  Further information and an order form are sent out to students with their ceremony tickets.  See http://www.campusclothing.com . Campus Clothing will be attending every ceremony, or shirts can be ordered by post.

Certificate Frames

A range of certificate frames is available on the day or by post. These all wood frames, produced from managed resources, are available as Brushed Silver, Beech, Teak, Walnut and Walnut and Brass polished finish. The certificate frames include the University’s name and crest gold foiled onto the mount and prices are from £27.50 to £65.00.  Certificates can be framed while you wait immediately after each ceremony.  For further information see www.certificateframing.co.uk
