Who we are

What we offer

Neuroinclusive consultancy discovery and organisational diagnostics

Structured discovery work to assess organisational readiness for neuro inclusion, including review of workforce practices, policies, culture, and employee lifecycle processes. This phase identifies systemic barriers, strengths, and priority areas for intervention.

Sector and role‑specific neuro inclusion mapping

Tailored analysis aligned to industry, profession, or business function, examining recruitment models, job specification and role design, progression pathways, and sector‑specific risk and opportunity associated with neurodivergent workforce participation.

Workforce and organisational development planning

Design and development of neuroinclusive workforce strategies, including reasonable adjustment frameworks, leadership and line‑manager capability models, job and task redesign, and policy development aligned with statutory and human rights expectations.

Policy advisory and specialist guidance

Provision of expert guidance on policy development and review, including health, wellbeing, HR, education, and practice‑based policies where neurodiversity intersects with workforce experience, such as menopause, pain management, mental health, and learning environments.

Strategic neuroinclusion interventions (3–6 months)

Time‑bound, embedded consultancy support to implement organisational change. This includes change management, implementation support, leadership coaching, applied practice pilots, and integration of neuroinclusive approaches into everyday operations.

Ongoing advisory, review, and retained support

Follow‑up evaluation, impact review, and continued advisory support to sustain progress, develop internal capability, and respond to emerging organisational needs. This includes retained consultancy arrangements for organisations seeking long‑term partnership.

Neuroinclusive Courses and Programmes

Training, education, and professional development programmes

Equipping practitioners, educators, and leaders with the skills and confidence to support neurodivergent individuals and embed inclusive approaches within any workplace, training environment, or organisational setting.
